Restore Prism Unlimited
Open the wand button in LumaMerge, then choose Restore Purchase. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account as the original purchase. The lifetime unlock restores at no extra charge.
Game Center
Open iOS Settings, choose Game Center, and confirm that you are signed in. LumaMerge submits ranked high scores and achievement progress. Zen games stay off the leaderboard.
Saved games
Your current board, personal best, daily streak, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Removing the app may remove this local progress.
Accessibility
LumaMerge supports VoiceOver actions, larger iPad layouts, Reduce Motion, portrait, and landscape play. Email us if anything prevents comfortable play.
Refunds and billing
Apple processes purchases. Billing and refund requests are managed through Apple's Report a Problem service. reportaproblem.apple.com.
Never send passwords, payment card numbers, or Apple Account credentials by email.
