These terms apply to LumaMerge and its website. By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and according to the App Store rules that apply to your Apple Account.

License

Evisoft grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LumaMerge on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules.

Prism Unlimited

Prism Unlimited is an optional, non-consumable lifetime purchase for the current app. It unlocks premium themes, complete statistics, and unlimited Refraction for Zen play. Ranked play remains fair and rejects Zen scores.

Purchases and refunds

Apple handles payment, tax, family-sharing eligibility, restoration, and refunds. Availability and price may vary by storefront. Refund requests must be sent to Apple.

Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements depend on Apple's Game Center service. They may be unavailable because of account, network, regional, or service conditions outside Evisoft's control.

Fair use

Do not manipulate scores, interfere with services, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the app in a way that harms other players or infrastructure.

Changes and availability

We may improve, update, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. The app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability to the extent permitted by law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
