Privacy Policy

LumaMerge is designed to be played without creating an account, viewing ads, or being tracked. Evisoft does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, or gameplay history through the app.

Information we collect

Evisoft does not collect personal information through LumaMerge. The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking technology.

Information stored on your device

Your saved board, score, progress, streak, theme, preferences, and purchase-unlock state are stored locally so play can continue between sessions. Evisoft does not receive this local data.

Apple Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Apple processes your player identity, eligible leaderboard scores, and achievement progress under Apple's privacy terms. Evisoft keeps no separate server copy.

In-app purchase

Apple processes Prism Unlimited using StoreKit. LumaMerge checks Apple's signed transaction information to unlock or restore the purchase. Evisoft does not receive your payment-card or bank details.

Website

This presentation and support site uses no advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. The hosting provider may process basic network information, including IP address and request logs, for security and reliable delivery.

Support messages

If you email support, Evisoft uses information you voluntarily provide only to answer and resolve your request. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

Children

LumaMerge does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game contains no chat, user-generated content, or targeted advertising. Purchase and Game Center restrictions are managed by Apple and device family settings.

Your choices and deletion

You can play without Game Center or a purchase. Deleting LumaMerge removes its locally stored board, progress, and preferences. Game Center data and App Store purchase history remain managed through your Apple Account; Prism Unlimited can be restored through Apple.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published here. Material changes will be posted before the related app update is released.
